New Delhi: Four days after Kashmiri Hurriyat leader Mohammad Yasin Malik went on a hunger strike in Tihar jail, the jail administration has put him on intravenous (IV) fluid or glucose.
The head of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), has stopped eating food since July 22 alleging that his case was not being investigated properly, Indian Express reported.
“Initially, the jail officials met with him and tried to convince him to end his strike, but he refused. From July 24, he is on intravenous fluid or glucose,” a senior official was quoted as saying in the report
