During Ramadan, those on higher floors have to wait a few extra minutes to break their fast because they can still see the sunset after it has set on the ground.
This is because the building is so tall that the sun sets later on its upper floors. The term used for the dawnmeal is Suhur, and the evening meal that breaks the fast is called Iftar.
